The idea began as a way to help NY City roommates coordinate paying rent and cleaning the apartment. Notes taped to the fridge stopped working. Roommates rarely noticed them, but a Web site could be updated and viewed from anywhere; MyHomie was born helping roommates pay rent and communicate responsibilities, send email & *Text Message Reminders*, share one Calendar, track household Bills, and handle simple Lists. MyHomie's Bulletin Board is the new refrigerator.

We've been inspired to help families, too. We remember what it was like to grow up in Northern Virginia in the '80s. Life would have been easier if our families had an online home management tool. Of course there was no Internet in those days... but there is now! MyHomie helps families send each other reminders, update important events, budget, share grocery lists, and post and search anything and everything. MyHomie conveniently archives all information. We like to keep it simple.
